Effective from 27.09.2026
These terms apply to purchases made in the DKLens online shop at dklens.eu (the Shop). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Who these terms apply to
The consumer rights described in these terms, including the right of withdrawal and the rules on goods that do not conform to the contract, apply to consumers: natural persons buying for purposes not related to their business or profession. If you buy as a company, the consumer rights in sections 8 and 9 do not apply; the remaining terms and the laws of the Republic of Latvia apply.
3. Products
The Shop sells new aftermarket headlights and parts, used original (OEM) parts removed from vehicles, and original headlights restored by DKLens. Each product page states the condition of the item (new, used or DKLens Restored), its main characteristics and, where available, the OEM numbers it replaces.
For used and restored items, the description states all defects we are aware of. Normal signs of age and use that match the stated condition are not a defect. Colours and lighting in photos may differ slightly from the actual item. If a detail matters for your decision, ask us for extra photos before ordering.
Please check that the part fits your vehicle before ordering by comparing the OEM number on your existing part, or send us your VIN. We are happy to check fitment for you before you order.
4. Prices
Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT at 21%. Delivery costs are not included in the product price; they are shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm the order. The price shown at the moment you place the order applies.
If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to buy at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
5. How to order and when the contract is concluded
- Add products to the cart and go to checkout.
- Enter your contact and delivery details and choose the delivery and payment method.
- Check the order summary. You can correct input errors at this stage by going back to the cart or editing the fields.
- Tick the box confirming that you accept these terms and click the order button. By doing so you place an order with an obligation to pay.
After you place the order you receive an order confirmation by email. The distance contract between you and the Seller is concluded when we send this confirmation. The confirmation contains the order details, and these terms remain available on this page so you can save or print them. The contract is concluded in Latvian or English, depending on the language in which you place the order.
6. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout. If you choose bank transfer, the payment details are shown after the order is placed and in the order confirmation email. We reserve the item for you and dispatch the order after the payment has been received. If a bank transfer is not received within 5 working days, we may cancel the order and inform you by email.
You receive a document confirming the purchase (invoice) for every order. If you buy for a company, enter the company name, registration number and VAT number in the order notes.
7. Delivery
Delivery methods, prices and times are described on the Delivery page. Unless another delivery time is agreed with you, we deliver the order no later than 30 days after we receive it. If we cannot deliver on time, we will inform you, and you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third person you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Please check the parcel on receipt and report visible transport damage to the carrier and to us as soon as possible. This does not limit your rights under sections 8 and 9.
8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If one order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last one.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the period ends, for example by email to dklens@inbox.lv. You can use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. Send or bring the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us, to Gaismas iela 6-k-1, Salaspils, Salaspils novads, LV-2169.
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise, and you are not charged any fee for the refund. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, we do not refund the difference.
You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may inspect a part as you would in a shop. Fitting a part to a vehicle, drilling, gluing, painting or otherwise altering it goes beyond such inspection, and we may deduct the reduction in value from the refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example parts built or modified to order for your vehicle.
9. Goods that do not conform to the contract
We are responsible for the goods conforming to the contract. You have the right to make a claim about goods that do not conform to the contract within two years from the day you received them. This applies to new, used and DKLens Restored goods alike. If a non-conformity appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise.
Defects stated in the product description before purchase, normal wear, and damage caused by incorrect installation, accidents, modification or use contrary to instructions are not a non-conformity.
To make a claim, contact us at dklens@inbox.lv or +371 29 883 606, describe the problem, attach photos if possible and include your order number. We will ask you to hand over or send the item so we can assess it. Depending on the situation you can request repair or replacement and, where this is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract with a refund, as provided by the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
Any additional commercial guarantee we give for a specific product is stated on its product page and does not limit these rights.
10. Liability
We are liable for losses caused by our breach of contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation of parts by persons other than DKLens, or from use of a part on a vehicle it is not intended for. Headlights should be installed by a qualified person and the beam aim adjusted after installation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data to handle your order as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at dklens@inbox.lv or by phone. We reply to written complaints within the time limits set by Latvian law. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC), www.ptac.gov.lv, apply to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission, or go to a court of the Republic of Latvia.
13. Governing law and changes
These terms and contracts concluded in the Shop are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence where it applies. We may update these terms; the version published when you placed your order applies to that order.
